Amazing Christmas Party Ideas!

Desserts Food

Here we go ...

Pineapple Dessert (One Person)

Ingredients
1 fresh or canned pineapple (200g)
20 ml orange juice
1 teaspoon rum
1 teaspoon cocoanut flakes

Action
a. Cut the pineapple into thin slices.
b. Lay them layer by layer into a pretty dessert dish.
c. Pour over the mixture from orange juice and rum.
d. Sprinkle over the cocoanut flakes.

Mini Cakes (12 cakes)

Ingredients A
2 eggs
75g fine sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch (sifted)
2 tablespoons flour (sifted)
2 tablespoons self-raising flour (sifted)

Preparation
a. Preheat oven to 180°C.
b. Butter two 12 cakes shallow muffin dish.
c. In a bowl, beat the eggs till thick and creamy.
d. Add fine sugar one tablespoon each time and beat thoroughly.
e. Combine all flour and sift them into the eggs and mix well.
f. Split the mixture into 24 mini muffins.
g. Bake them in the oven for about 8 minutes.
h. When done, cool them immediately on the rack.

Ingredients B
160 ml whipped cream
55g powdered sugar
200g mixed fruits (diced)

Action
a. In a bowl, beat half of the powdered sugar and whipped cream till stiffed.
b. Mix the fruits into the whipped cream.
c. Spread this mixture on half of the muffins.
d. Cover this with the other half of the muffins.
e. Sprinkle powdered sugar over them.
