Pie crust pastry topping.
Melt the fat in a saucepan. Add ground beef and onion, fry until the onion is tender and meat is no longer pink. In a baking dish, combine beans, tomato soup, salt and pepper. Top beans mixed with minced meat and onion mixture. Garnish with a piece of cake batter. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes until golden crust and pastaBrown.

12 peppers
12 green tomatoes
3 cups sugar
3 C. teaspoon salt
12 cups paprika
12 yellow onions
2 cups cider vinegar
Grind peppers, tomatoes, green peppers and onions. Put the mixture in a colander and drain the hot water over the vegetables for about 5 minutes, drain well. Put in a large pot.
In another saucepan, bring sugar, salt and vinegar to a boil. Pour sugar over vegetablesStir and cook over medium heat until hot, stirring occasionally. Do not start boiling. Place in clean, hot jars and seal with lids and pint of hot strip. Make sure the jars seal.
Yield: 6 liters
Marshmallow topping Jello Dessert
This is an old recipe from Ohio.
1 / 2 lb. marshmallows, cut-up
1 can of crushed pineapple
1 can mandarin
2 cups half and half cream
Morello
Draincrushed pineapple and mandarin. In a medium bowl, combine the fruit and marshmallows in half and half and cream. Keep at least 8 hours or overnight in the refrigerator, stirring occasionally. Serve-O gelatin Jell above or other sweets.
